Job description:Are you ready to try a new role on the quality team?We’re now looking for someone who works in production and is curious about working with quality—even if you don’t have prior experience in the field. This is a temporary position where you’ll have the chance to broaden your skills, learn more about how we ensure the quality of our products, and help shape how we develop our work processes going forward.
What does the role entail?
As a quality technician, you’ll be an important part of our quality assurance efforts. You’ll work closely with knowledgeable colleagues in production, engineering, and project management.
In this role, you’ll help to:
- Investigate quality issues when deviations occur
- Conduct analyses and investigations with support from colleagues
- Suggest improvements to work methods and processes
- Follow up on activities that reduce quality-related costs
- Help ensure we get things “right from the start”
You won’t need to know everything right from the start—the most important thing is that you’re eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoy collaborating.
