We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Attraction team! The position is a temporary position of about 1 year. Your role as a Recruitment Specialist at NKT You will be part of a team with high service level and great commitment. In the role of Recruitment Specialist, you will administer entire recruitment processes in different departments. This includes defining requirement profiles, publishing job advertisements, scanning applications, conducting interviews, background checks, reference checks and personal assessments. You will work closely with the heads of department and act as a sounding board and contact person for both candidates and the hiring manager throughout the process. You will also work closely with other recruitment specialists and HR business partners. You will also be part of our global and local Employer Branding work.
