Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a role that offers varied and challenging tasks while being part of a team with dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues? Material Technology in Karlskrona is expanding in line with the company’s growth and is now seeking shift-based laboratory technicians for a 2-shift schedule with on-call availability.

We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and highly motivated to develop according to set goals. The job requires that you, as a person, have the ability to adhere to and follow given instructions and document completed work according to applicable procedures. Structure and attention to detail are key traits that define you in your work, while disciplined, responsible, and flexible align with your personal qualities.
To thrive in this role, you are comfortable handling changes on short notice and enjoy working both in a team and independently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Routine analyses and checks
- Preparing materials and cables for more complex analyses
- Assisting with logistics and 5S within the department
- Being part of an on-call team that shares this responsibility during nights and weekends.
We place great importance on your personality. However, to succeed in this role, you should have the following experience:
- You have a high school diploma; a technical focus is a plus
- It is a plus if you have previous experience in: Quality control or laboratory work, cable production, shift work
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish, as well as good knowledge of English
