Job Description:Organizing Technical Production DocumentationWould you like to work with technical documentation in an industrial environment where structure, systems, and collaboration are key? At NKT in Karlskrona, you’ll be part of the effort to quality-assure, store, and develop documentation related to production equipment. Here, you’ll contribute to projects involving machinery investments and modifications at a global company that’s part of the green transition. Coordinate documentation for production and technical systemsAs a Technical Documentation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that technical documentation for production equipment is coordinated, reviewed, and managed in accordance with legal requirements, standards, and internal procedures. The role involves frequent interaction with projects, suppliers, and users, where you’ll contribute to efficient workflows in document management and systems such as PLM/Windchill.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and following up on documentation deliveries from suppliers.
- Ensuring that documentation complies with legal requirements and internal procedures.
- Manage submission, storage, and archiving in relevant systems.
- Support projects related to machinery investments and modifications.
- Develop procedures, train others, and provide user support for PLM/Windchill.
- Serve as a super user for PLM/Windchill
The position is based in Karlskrona and is part of a collaborative team. You will work closely with colleagues in production, projects, and technical functions, and have regular contact with suppliers and users. The role offers the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

You also have:
- Experience with technical documentation and document management systems
- An interest in technology and industrial operations
- Knowledge of the Machinery Directive
- Ability to understand system and metadata structures
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with PLM/Windchill is a plus
