Machine safety, compliance and quality As a Technical Information Officer, you will be part of a team working on technical documentation, work processes and machine safety. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining operator instructions, safety instructions, user manuals and other technical documentation for the production department. Our main focuses are HSE, quality and compliance with legal requirements. Your main tasks will be the following: * Create and update operator instructions in an iterative process of data collection (images, existing data, interviews), reviews and finally an approval workflow. * Create and update operating instructions in accordance with the Machinery Directive where NKT is a machine manufacturer. Be involved in investment projects/changes of machines and follow schedule for delivery of operator and safety instructions, user manuals and other technical documentation. Structured and technical interest To thrive in the role, you need to be analytical, structured and thorough with a solution-oriented mindset. You are communicative, have a collaborative approach and a genuine interest in creating, writing and presenting information for different audiences. Your communication skills enable you to speak for yourself and for the department with internal and external customers, management and other stakeholders. Qualifications: * Ability to analyze and develop content and structure of technical information for better readability and understanding * Knowledge of creating illustrations and image management * Good knowledge of Office programs * Competence in expressing oneself well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is essential Merits: * Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machinery safety Experience in UX writing or working with user experience Why choose us?
