Shaping competitive tenders for the future of energy
As a Tender Engineer, you will work with the Tender Manager to create the most competitive and interesting tenders for our customers. You will prepare tenders and calculations, and maintain dialog with suppliers and subcontractors. You will collaborate with several roles within the group such as the purchasing department, project managers, internal suppliers, etc. Your tasks will include evaluating and listing risks, opportunities, ambiguities and methods to create the basis for competitive tenders.
Other duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for MAP as a whole
- Analyze requests for proposals
- Pricing and financial calculations towards the end customer and specifiers
- Support projects in the execution phase in the event of re-pricing
- Establish timetable in the tender phase, in consultation with the project manager and support in the execution phase
- Produce tender documentation
Accurate numbers person who gets motivation in the business
The person we are looking for is a trained engineer or has a few years of experience in a supervisory position in civil engineering. You have previously worked with tender processes and are well versed in MAP and other calculation tools.
You describe yourself as structured and methodical. Being an integral part of the team inspires you, while your financial analysis skills shine through.
As NKT is in a strong expansion phase, we are looking for you who enjoy a varied work environment where there is a chance for innovation!
We also see that you have good knowledge of:
- The construction industry's general regulations: AB, ABT, ABK, AMA system.
- MS Excel and Project.
- Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
As the role involves close collaboration with several functions located in Karlskrona, we prefer that you are also in the immediate area or can work hybrid.
