A role with broad responsibilities
The Routine Testing department performs routine tests on all cables produced within the company and the applied shift form is 5 shifts. Areas of responsibility within the department are routine tests on land cables (high voltage tests, AC and DC), routine tests on submarine cables, fiber measurements, connections and shock tests. As a fitter, you work with both assembly and advanced measurements. In addition to the cooperation with your colleagues, you will have a great deal of responsibility and the opportunity to drive your work forward.
Your work tasks will consist of, among other things:
* Test connections
* Assembly of cable accessories
* Quality assurance of our delivery cables
* Various electrical measurements
As we perform a wide variety of electrical tests on cables and accessories, there are great opportunities to also try and learn other tasks within the department.
