Job description:Are you interested in working on projects at the world’s largest laboratory for high-voltage cable testing? Your Role as a Project Manager
To strengthen our team within the project organization, we are seeking a project manager for testing projects. You’ll be part of a main project involving various functions and will be responsible for your own testing project within that main project. The project teams are highly communicative and deeply committed. In the role of Project Manager for testing projects, you will lead testing projects of various sizes—both commercial and R&D—that encompass electrical, mechanical, routine, and materials testing. The testing project serves as the foundation for demonstrating that the designed solution meets all specified requirements.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that tests are delivered with high quality and that the schedule is adhered to
- Managing the project’s budget, results, and resources related to your area
- Technical preparation, documentation, and material orders
- Communication with relevant parties regarding the project’s status and progress
The role involves working continuously with risk management and finding appropriate solutions that meet the needs that arise during the project. It is therefore important that you focus on safety and the work environment in connection with the various activities.

You are intrinsically motivated to perform well and demonstrate your commitment by supporting your colleagues. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in technology and a curiosity to learn new things
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or has a similar education
- Have experience working on customer and delivery projects
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English
