Warehouse Manager

Are you a driven leader with a passion for developing both processes and people? We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager who wants to take responsibility for further developing our warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, safety, service, and long-term relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine operational leadership with strategic improvement work, where digitalization, continuous improvement, and collaboration with global stakeholders are a natural part of everyday life. 

About the role

As Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-conscious, and high-quality management of the company’s warehouse flows. You will lead and develop the team and drive improvement initiatives in processes, systems, and work methods to meet both current and future business needs. 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing employees within the warehouse and logistics organization to foster engagement, accountability, and high performance. 
  • Ensuring a high level of service for both internal and external customers through a solution-oriented and professional approach.
  • Ensuring the right skill level, staffing, and continuous development of employees. 
  • Set, monitor, and ensure compliance with relevant KPIs and business objectives. 
  • Ensure that operations comply with applicable safety, quality, and occupational health and safety guidelines, and maintain good order and structure in daily operations. 

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a committed and development-oriented leader with a strong understanding of how people, processes, and operations interact to drive results. 

We would like you to:

  • Have leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or other relevant operational activities. 
  • Have experience with change management and driving improvement initiatives within an organization. Preferably based on Lean principles and continuous improvement
  • Have a genuine interest in digitalization and see opportunities in using technology and data to drive improvements.
  • Have experience working with KPIs and translating data into concrete improvement measures. 
  • Have knowledge of SAP or other business and inventory management systems. Experience in production planning, purchasing, or sales is a plus. 
  • Is service-oriented and skilled at building trust, fostering relationships, and collaborating broadly within the organization.
  • Is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions in a dynamic work environment.
