We have a vacancy for a 75-100% position as a nurse in the Resource and Recruitment Unit, with the desire to start as soon as possible.

Employees in the Resource Unit are part of a team that works across several departments within health and care; in home care, in institutions and in adapted services. There are several possible solutions in terms of job percentage and affiliation with departments. We will have a dialog about this with relevant candidates.

Nordre Land municipality is in the process of several exciting and engaging development projects in the health and care service. As part of the team, you will be involved in developing sustainable health and care services for the future.

Work tasks

  • Practice basic care and nursing.
  • Targeted environmental work.
  • Provide practical assistance by guiding and motivating service recipients.
  • Preparation and follow-up of action plans, daily and weekly plans and any compulsory decisions.
  • Planning, facilitation and follow-up of service recipients.
  • Implementing preventive and treatment measures within their own area of responsibility and expertise.
  • Focusing on everyday rehabilitation, and facilitating everyday coping.
  • Helping to ensure that the health and care service complies with legislation, decisions and routines.

Qualifications

  • Authorized nurse, preferably with relevant further education.
  • Good Norwegian language skills both orally and in writing
  • Driver's license class B.

  • Annual salary supplement of NOK. 10.000,- as long as you are employed in the Resource Unit.

The position is subject to

  • Rapid change of department/workplace, within current regulations, must be expected
  • The position involves working in shifts and working every 3rd weekend
  • Certificates and certificates should not be sent, but brought to any interview.
  • Terms of employment in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements.
  • Approved police certificate in accordance with the Health and Care Services Act § 5-4 and self-declaration MRSA must be presented before taking up the position
