We have a vacancy for a permanent 69% position as a home help in the Home Service in Nordre Land municipality.

The position involves day work during the weekdays, and day and evening shifts every 3rd weekend.

Tasks

• Cleaning in the user's home
• Preparing, serving and cleaning up in connection with the kitchen and food handling
• Helping the user with grocery shopping, as well as guiding and motivating to the right diet
• Observe and report changes in the user's health condition
• Perform simple medical assignments, after training Drive a car alone on your own home help route, driving on all kinds of roads, in and out of the car

Work on weekends involves assignments related to health care in the home:

• May be part of the tasks related to targeted environmental work
• Follow up measures according to decisions
• Focus on everyday rehabilitation, and facilitate everyday mastery

Desired qualifications

• Desirable with a certificate as a cleaning operator or health care worker and experience from cleaning work or work in the care sector
• Preferably experience with the use of Electronic Patient Record, Gerica and / or Mobile Care
• Good communication skills in Norwegian, written and oral
• Applicants must have a driving license (class B)
