We have vacant permanent positions as health professionals in the Resource Unit. We prefer to hire in 100% positions, but other position sizes may be relevant. We will have a dialog with relevant candidates about this.

The unit includes both home care, institutional services and adapted services. You will be part of a team that works across several departments to cover absences for various reasons. These are exciting positions that can contribute to both competence sharing and change across the service area. There are several possible solutions for departmental affiliation and we want to use the individual's expertise in a good way.

The positions are in shifts with weekend work. We have shifts with work every third weekend or long shifts with every fourth weekend. Most positions have day and evening shifts, but night shifts are also possible. Pure night shifts may also be possible if desired.

Tasks

  • The tasks that naturally belong to holding authorization as a health professional.
  • Contribute to ensuring that the health and care service complies with legislation, political decisions and municipal regulations.
  • Perform basic care and nursing.
  • Targeted environmental work.
  • Planning, organization and follow-up of service recipients.
  • Implement preventive and treatment measures within their own area of responsibility and expertise.
  • Provide practical assistance by guiding/motivating service recipients.
  • Preparation and follow-up of action plans, daily and weekly plans and any compulsory decisions.
  • Focus on everyday rehabilitation, and facilitate everyday coping.

Qualifications

  • Authorization as a health professional.
  • Must have a good command of Norwegian, both written and oral.

  • Annual salary supplement of NOK. 10.000,- as long as you are employed in the Resource Unit.
