
We have a permanent full-time position available for a Registered Nurse in the Resource and Recruitment Unit. The position primarily consists of night shifts. The position size can range from 75% to 100%, depending on your preferences and needs. There are several possible department affiliations tied to the position.
As a nurse in the Resource and Recruitment Unit, you will be part of a team that works across multiple departments to cover staff absences for various reasons. The unit includes all services within health and care: home nursing, institutional care, and supported living services.
Work Tasks
The position includes all duties associated with being a licensed Registered Nurse, as well as the expectations tied to the specific department you are assigned to. This includes, among other things:
Providing basic care and nursing.
Conducting targeted environmental work.
Planning, facilitating, and following up with service recipients.
Implementing measures within your area of responsibility and competence.
Offering practical assistance by guiding and motivating service recipients.
Preparing and following up on action plans, daily/weekly plans, and any decisions related to the use of coercion.
Maintaining a focus on everyday rehabilitation and supporting everyday mastery.
Ensuring that health and care services comply with legislation, political decisions, and municipal guidelines.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience
Authorization as a Registered Nurse.
Additional education relevant to current municipal needs is an advantage (see Competence Plan).
Experience with elderly care or supported living services is desirable.
Newly graduated nurses and students are encouraged to apply.
Must have good proficiency in Norwegian, both oral and written.

A valid police certificate (Helse- og omsorgstjenesteloven § 5-4) and MRSA self-declaration must be submitted prior to start.
Driver's license class B required.
