Norsk Tipping is looking for a CRM Consultant for a permanent position. As a CRM consultant, you will be an important link between business and marketing, and are essential for the company to be able to deliver on more data-driven customer meetings. In the position, you will work with managing Norsk Tipping's customer base, with a focus on the holistic customer perspective. You will work operationally and be responsible for, among other things, banner publishing on Norsk Tipping's own surfaces on the web and in the app.

What does the job involve?

• Daily operation of Norsk Tipping's front pages in the app and on the web
• Testing, optimizing and automating CRM activities
• Monitoring and evaluating effect
• Contributing to activity planning and activity management of Norsk Tipping's marketing outlets

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• has a good understanding of business and customer needs
• has relevant higher education in marketing or communication
• has knowledge of or experience from CRM/customer management
• is able to communicate your field of expertise in an easy-to-understand way
• communicates well in Norwegian and English, written and oral

If you have an understanding and experience of CRM tools, it is positive, but not necessary.
