Norsk Tipping is looking for a dedicated Test Manager for the Technology Department! You will have a central role in ensuring high quality in the development of our digital solutions - solutions that should be reliable, secure and easy to use. As a Test Manager with us, you will:

• Be a quality ambassador who takes responsibility for ensuring that the team complies with Norsk Tipping's testing principles and that testing practices are updated and followed by everyone.

• Ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are taken care of throughout the development process - from idea to production.

• Design, automate/develop and maintain functional tests in the team.

• Contribute to good metrics for both testing and monitoring of applications/services.

• Work closely with vendors, product development manager, developers, designers, testers and other roles in the team.

• Be a driving force for learning, sharing and continuous improvement within the field of testing and test management.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of test management and structured testing in agile development teams with complex solutions and many integrations.

• Have good technical understanding and education in IT, as well as experience in reading and understanding technical documentation, architecture and other technical dependencies.

• Have basic knowledge of test automation.

• Is confident in the role of facilitator and likes to get others on board.

• Thrives in interdisciplinary environments and is able to build good relationships across the organization.

• Keep up to date on new tools, methods and trends in testing and quality.

• Is curious, structured and has a passion for quality.

• Have good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English

Technologies and tools we use:

Our tech stack is constantly evolving, but you will meet technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Python, Rust, Kafka, AWS, Cloud Native and Kubernetes. We work with testing and quality tools such as Cypress, PlayWright, Karate, Postman and Gatling.
