About the Unit
The Operations and Internal Support unit in the Technology Department has overall responsibility for monitoring and ensuring optimal availability of the company’s games and digital services. We ensure that draws and payouts are carried out accurately and without error every day, year-round.
We are now looking to strengthen our shift-based team and are seeking a structured, technically skilled, and solution-oriented IT Operations Manager / System Administrator.
What will you be working on? (Main Responsibilities)
- Daily Operations and Monitoring: Keep a close eye on our production and test systems to ensure stable operation with high performance.
- Incident and Deviation Management: Respond quickly to incidents, manage failure situations calmly, and ensure that relevant information flows to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Drawings: Responsible for the secure execution and verification of both digital and physical drawings.
- Process and Job Automation: Run and monitor automated jobs, reconciliations, and data routines.
- Continuous improvement: Improve and automate processes and operational routines to ensure safer and more stable operations.
Who are we looking for? (Qualifications)
You have experience with:
- Operating and monitoring large, business-critical IT systems with high transaction volumes and stringent requirements for uptime and availability.
- Expertise in operating complex Linux/Unix and Microsoft Windows environments.
- Monitoring and analytics tools—a major plus if you have experience with Splunk, Splunk Observability, or Grafana.
- Job automation and batch processing, ideally using IBM Workload Scheduler (or equivalent IWS/TWS tools).
