Are you the one?

Norsk Tipping is looking for a Human Resources Manager for the Technology Department. As HR Manager, you have the main responsibility for following up on employees - from recent graduates to experienced seniors. You will be a close manager who facilitates professional growth, career development and well-being. At the same time, you will work closely with other managers to ensure that we have the right expertise and capacity, and that our teams are safe and well-functioning.

It is important that you have a good understanding of how we build and operate our IT solutions, so that through good insight into the field, you can be a safe sparring partner for employees. A background in IT (operations or development) is therefore an advantage.

You will be part of a management team with experienced HR managers who support and learn from each other, with a common goal of making Norsk Tipping the most attractive technology environment in Norway.

As a HR manager, you will work with:

  • Personal follow-up: Close follow-up of your employees and provide ongoing support when needed for adaptation, competence development or changes.
  • Culture and working environment: Create well-being and cooperation, and contribute to a safe and inclusive working environment with high psychological security.
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Clarify staffing needs, actively participate in recruitment processes and ensure that new employees get a good and effective start.
  • Strategic competence development: Plan and follow up measures that strengthen the technology department's overall competence.
  • Planning and capacity: Collaborate with other managers in the Technology Department to ensure proper staffing and anticipate future capacity needs.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with other managers and professional functions to ensure safe, well-functioning and high-performing teams.

We are looking for you who

  • Are motivated by following up and developing people, and thrive on being a visible and accessible leader in everyday life.
  • Has an understanding of modern technology environments, and is able to translate business needs into professional development goals.
  • Is structured and energetic, and creates a balance between individual follow-up and strategic development.
  • Has a genuine commitment to people and is keen to build good relationships.
