Norsk Tipping is looking for a dedicated Test Developer or Test Manager for the Technology Department! With us, you will play a key role in ensuring that the solutions we build are robust, secure and user-friendly - and that they deliver great experiences to millions of people across Norway.

We are in the middle of an exciting journey of change: We're clouding our solutions and moving to a product-oriented model. It gives us new ways of working - and you a unique opportunity to help shape how we build quality into our products right from the start.

When you work with test with us, you will:

• Be an important contributor in further developing test processes.

• Help ensure that quality is a natural part of the entire development process - from idea to production.

• Guide and support developers and teams in the use of testing tools, automation and best practices.

• Work in a team together with product developers, software developers, designers and other roles.

• Be a driver for learning, sharing and continuous improvement within test and quality.

Since we don't know you yet, we don't know exactly what you can do, but you should have experience in some of what we list here:

• Have experience with test management and test automation - preferably in complex systems.

• Have good technical understanding, preferably with a background as a developer.

• Is confident in the role of facilitator and likes to get others on board.

• Thrives in interdisciplinary environments and is able to build good relationships across the organization.

• Keep up to date on new tools, methods and trends in testing and quality.

• Is curious, structured and has a passion for quality.

Technologies and tools we use:

Our tech stack is constantly evolving, but you will encounter technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Python, Rust, Kafka, AWS, Cloud Native and Kubernetes. We work with testing and quality tools such as PlayWright, Karate, Postman, Gatling, Xray and Testiny.
