Norsk Tipping is looking for a committed test developer for the Technology Department! You will play a central role in ensuring high quality in the development of our digital solutions - solutions that should be reliable, secure and easy to use. We have recently established a product-oriented model and are clouding our solutions. This means new ways of working and great opportunities for you to help shape how we build quality into our products from the start.

When you work with test with us, you will:

• Design, automate/develop and maintain functional tests in the team.
• Develop and maintain performance tests.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, designers and other roles in the team.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to good metrics for both testing and monitoring of applications/services.
• Be a driver for learning, sharing and continuous improvement in testing and quality.

Since we don't know you yet, we don't really know what you can do, but you should have experience in some of the following:

• Experience with testing and test automation, preferably in complex systems.
• Experience with agile work methods.
• Have good technical understanding, preferably with a background as a developer.
• Thrive in interdisciplinary environments and are able to build good relationships.
• Keep up to date on new tools, methods and trends in testing and quality.
• A curious, structured and passionate about quality.
• Genuinely interested in professional development, new technology and continuous learning.
• Norwegian is our working language, and it is therefore important that you can communicate well in Norwegian, both orally and in writing.

Technologies and tools we use:

Our tech stack is constantly evolving, but you will encounter technologies such as Javascript/Typescript, Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin, Java, Python, Rust, Kafka, AWS, Cloud Native and Kubernetes. We work with test tools such as PlayWright, Karate, Postman, Maestro and Gatling.
