Norsk Tipping is looking for committed test developers for the Technology Department! You will play a central role in ensuring high quality in the development of our digital solutions - solutions that should be reliable, secure and easy to use. We have established product development areas and you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that offers great opportunities for those who want to help shape how we build quality into our products from the start. Are you triggered by creating automatic tests for our apps or is it more exciting to work with tests on some of our products?

When you work with testing with us, you will:

• Design, automate/develop and maintain functional tests.
• Develop and maintain performance tests.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, designers and other roles in the team.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to good metrics for both testing and monitoring of apps, applications and services.
• Be a driver for learning, sharing and continuous improvement in testing and quality.

Since we don't know you yet, we don't really know what you can do, but you should have experience in some of the following:

• Experience with testing and test automation, preferably in complex systems.
• Experience with agile work methodology.
• Have good technical understanding, preferably with a background as a developer.
• Thrive in interdisciplinary environments and are able to build good relationships.
• Keep up to date on new tools, methods and trends in testing and quality.
• You are curious, structured and have a passion for quality.
• You are genuinely interested in professional development, new technology and continuous learning.
• Norwegian is our working language, and it is therefore important that you can communicate well in Norwegian, both orally and in writing.

Technologies and tools we use:

Our tech stack is constantly evolving, but you will encounter technologies such as Javascript/Typescript, Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin, Java, Python, Rust, Kafka, AWS, Cloud Native and Kubernetes. We work with test tools such as Playwright, Karate, Postman, Maestro and Gatling.
