Hwhat does the job entail

As Property Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing, operating and developing Norsk Tipping's buildings and technical facilities. You will be responsible for planning and implementing maintenance measures, following up service agreements and statutory controls, as well as ensuring efficient operations with high quality deliveries for your areas of responsibility.

At the same time, you will be part of a team that is facing exciting projects - including the implementation of a new FDV system and upcoming rehabilitation projects. You will be a driving force for digital solutions and energy-saving measures, helping us to comply with current and future climate and environmental requirements. The role also involves assisting in project implementation and purchasing relevant services and equipment for the unit.

Your main tasks

• Management, operation and maintenance of buildings, including follow-up of technical systems such as SD systems, cooling, heating and sanitary systems
• Take immediate action in the event of unwanted incidents to minimize damage and downtime
• Technical operation and proactive maintenance planning based on self-performed condition mapping to ensure correct prioritization as well as good and efficient implementation of planned measures.
• Follow-up of service agreements and mandatory annual inspections - ensuring compliance with legal requirements, documentation and quality of deliveries.
• Digital operations - use and drive the use of digital solutions and ensure that data and routines are up to date. Hold system responsibility for our new FDV system; FDVweb.
• Assist purchasing in procurement processes of necessary services and equipment as well as follow-up of agreements
• Assist in following up that Norsk Tipping complies with requirements and guidelines related to climate and the environment within the unit's subject areas with a main focus on energy savings
• Assist in project implementation
• Service tasks

We are looking for you who have:

• Professional certificate as a building operator or in technical subjects such as. HVAC, refrigeration, automation
• Technical college or equivalent education is also relevant
• Relevant experience for 5-10 years can compensate for educational requirements
• Interest in digital solutions and efficiency
• Driver's license class B
• Good oral and written Norwegian presentation skills
