• Have practical experience of development work and a good understanding of how systems are built, tested and managed.

• Want to contribute to joint method and quality work across our product areas.

• Have solid expertise in test strategies, automation and quality assurance, and actively follow developments in the field.

• Enjoys working with others and is good at sharing experiences and knowledge.

• Is a good listener, asks good questions and drives processes so that the participants themselves find good solutions rather than promoting your own opinions.

• Have the ability to inspire others to active participation and create positive energy, even under challenging conditions.

Your most important tasks will be:

• Ensure that we have good methods and quality processes for system development that are adapted to modern, cloud-based product development.

• Contribute to developing and following up test practices and quality assurance in collaboration with our teams.

• Support the product areas in the selection and further development of development methodology and tools.

• Contribute to competence development within development methodology, quality and testing.

• Be a driver for continuous improvement and sharing of best practices across the department.

• Have a central role in the preparation and execution of audits and certifications, and contribute to continuous improvement based on findings and recommendations

• Close collaboration with the Head of Product is a key part of the position
