Are you interested in how data and analysis can provide the basis for insight, action and results? We're looking for a digital analyst/head of digital analytics who wants to use their expertise to make a difference in a company with high social responsibility, a large customer base and a strong analytical environment.

With access to extensive data from over 2 million customers, the analytics unit plays a key role in turning data into valuable insights for the entire organization. You will be part of a central analysis unit that works closely with different environments in the company. Several of our analysts also work part of the time in interdisciplinary product teams.

To succeed, you need to build good relationships across the organization, and communicate data and insights in a way that can be translated into action and results. Norsk Tipping uses Google Analytics and has an external partner who takes care of several tasks within the area.

Analyst

As an analyst, you will be an important contributor in creating valuable insights about digital customer journeys, campaigns and customer behavior. You will work closely with different disciplines in the organization and help shape how we use data to learn, prioritize and improve.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Measurement and analysis of digital data on customer journeys, customer behavior, communication and campaigns.
  • Drive experimentation and data-driven learning.
  • Set up trackings, reports and dashboards in collaboration with external partner and internal technical resources.
  • Present insights in a clear and understandable way to different audiences.
  • Contribute to competence development in the organization and increased use of data-driven and self-service insight solutions.

Qualifications

  • Relevant higher education
  • Experience from working as a digital analyst is an advantage - but not a requirement. If you are a recent graduate with strong motivation and the right professional background, we would also like to hear from you.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations that support good decisions.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery or similar.
  • Interest in digital customer journeys, digital business needs and technology.
  • Commitment to the field and ability to build relationships and expertise in the organization.
  • Thrives in interdisciplinary teams and with varied work tasks.
  • Preferably some expertise in data analysis/quantitative methods.

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be a key person to further develop digital analysis as a subject area in Norsk Tipping. You will be a coordinator, driver and professional guide - and help the organization use digital data in an even more structured and strategic way. You will also set up trackings and reports and analyze digital data.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Lead and further develop the field of digital analytics, including framework, methodology and platform.
  • Coordinate tasks internally and with external partners - and ensure effective interaction.
  • Set up tracking, reports and dashboards in collaboration with technical resources.
  • Analyze digital data and be a driver for testing, learning and insight use.
  • Work closely with different environments in the organization to translate needs into data-driven insights and actions.
  • Present and explain analytics in a way that creates understanding and action.
  • Gain competence and motivate increased use of insights and self-service solutions.
  • Ensure proper use of data in line with legislation and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Relevant higher education.
  • Strategic and proactive approach - you see opportunities, are able to get the organization on board and drive the field forward.
  • Good experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery or similar).
  • Ability to communicate insights in a clear and engaging way.
  • Strong collaboration skills and good relationship skills.
  • Broad understanding of digital business needs and interest in technology.
  • Motivation to build profession, culture and competence across the organization.
  • Enjoys working in multidisciplinary environments and managing multiple processes simultaneously.
