We are looking for a strategic, unifying and experienced senior manager who can manage a social mission of national importance. As CEO of Norsk Tipping, you will be responsible for leading a modern, technology-driven organization with over 400 employees. We have more than 2.3 million customers and a digital customer share of 90%. You will balance accountability with attractiveness, regain and strengthen trust after a demanding period, and ensure efficient operations that contribute to profits for sports, culture and volunteering.

The CEO has the ultimate responsibility for leading Norsk Tipping in line with the social mission, the owner's expectations and applicable laws and regulations. The role involves combining strategic development with safe operations and ensuring that the company delivers competitive and safe gaming experiences, while maintaining a zero vision for problem gambling.

Central tasks will be to further develop the work on responsible gaming while the company will deliver attractive customer experiences across channels. The Director will ensure solid operations with high standards for quality, risk management and compliance, and at the same time ensure the power of change and develop the organization so that it is equipped to meet future needs. The Director will represent Norsk Tipping externally to authorities, owner and other social actors, build and safeguard the company's reputation and brand, and ensure an open and trusting dialogue with employees, employee representatives and partners.

We are looking for an experienced and clear leader with proven ability to lead complex businesses - preferably from transaction-intensive commercial activities and / or regulated industries such as banking, finance, telecom, media, etc. You have a good understanding of society and can navigate the interface between commercial goals and public governance.

We are looking for a leader who:

  • is able to engage and motivate employees and build an organizational culture for change and development, but at the same time with high demands on quality
  • has experience with digital transformation and technology-driven business models

Higher education at master's level is desirable. Relevant management experience and results can compensate for the educational requirement.
