As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the stability, security and quality of our services - and play a key role in our journey towards becoming a fully digital company.

We are looking for a manager to take responsibility for the Operations unit, which is the hub of Norsk Tipping's production environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our services and games are stable, secure and available to over 2 million customers at all times. The unit is responsible for monitoring and operating the entire production environment, technical implementation of physical and digital draws, as well as ensuring that all deliveries take place safely and in line with regulatory requirements.

As Head of Operations, you will have personnel responsibility for approx. 15 employees, including a team leader for internal support, and you will be part of the Technology Department's management team.

Norsk Tipping has a digital share of over 90% and is on its way to becoming a fully digital company. As Head of Operations, you will play a key role in further developing and professionalizing our operations in line with this journey.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Operations unit, responsible for 24/7 monitoring, production environment and deliveries.
• Ensure safe production set-up, high availability and stable operation of our services.
• Technical responsibility for conducting draws according to established routines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO27001 and WLA SCS 2024).
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and good collaboration between operations and development.

• Have solid experience from complex operating environments and technical infrastructure.
• Have an understanding of development processes and modern development and operational principles.
• A confident and clear leader who creates commitment and development in the team.
• Able to balance high demands for quality and security with a willingness to change and innovate.
• Have relevant higher education. Long experience can compensate for education.
