We are looking for an experienced HR advisor who will play an important role in further developing HR work and supporting managers in a developing organization. We're looking for someone who combines confident HR advice with a desire to improve and develop the way we work.

With us, you will work broadly within HR, with a particular focus on management support, recruitment, skills development and the development of effective HR processes and working methods. We want to develop modern and data-driven HR practices, and are looking for you who are curious about how digital tools and AI can contribute to better insight, quality and efficiency.

Some key tasks:
  • Provide advice and support to managers on HR and labor law issues
  • Drive and support recruitment processes from need to onboarding
  • Contribute to competence development and learning through established competence platform
  • Follow up on HR issues and work environment in line with labor law and agreements
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and practices
  • Use HR systems, HR data, digital tools and AI to strengthen quality, insight and efficiency in HR work
We are looking for you who:
  • have relevant higher education
  • have at least 5 years of experience from operational and advisory HR work
  • have experience with recruitment and interest in competence and organizational development
  • have good competence in labor law, personnel follow-up and management support
  • is confident in the advisory role and is able to build good relationships with managers and employees
  • handles sensitive issues with high integrity and professionalism
  • is curious about how digital tools, HR data and AI can contribute to development and improvement
