At Norsk Tipping, you will play a central role in ensuring professional and sustainable procurement across the entire organization. You will work with varied issues, influence processes and contribute to the development of one of Norway's most visible companies.

About the position

The Purchasing and Sustainability unit is responsible for all procurements in Norsk Tipping and works according to the Public Procurement Act and Regulations. We have introduced category management and manage agreements across the business. Our role is to combine professional strength with good processes, close cooperation and clear recommendations - both within procurement and sustainability.

As a senior procurement advisor, you will be a key person in the further development of the procurement area and contribute to efficient, safe and responsible use of the company's resources.

The position's main tasks

  • Be a professional resource in the organization in procurement-related issues and assist with advice related to strategic and procurement-related challenges
  • Maintain a high professional standard, e.g. by keeping up to date on the latest developments in the field.
  • Plan and implement procurement processes
  • Ensure that processes, templates and systems maintain good professional standards and assist with the development and maintenance of these.
  • Participate in further development in the procurement area and strengthen the procurement environment in the company

Who are you?
First and foremost, you have high competence and good experience from the procurement profession, especially in public procurement.

Other important qualities in the position:

  • You have relevant formal education at a minimum of bachelor's level
  • You have good analytical skills, are structured with a focus on quality, and are able to handle many tasks at the same time in a busy workday
  • You have good abilities to use theory (legislation, legal interpretations, KOFA decisions and more) in practical issues related to procurement processes.
  • You are enterprising, take responsibility and get things done.
  • You have an interest in, and preferably experience of, streamlining/digitization of processes
  • You have good business understanding
  • You have a solution-oriented approach, enjoy working in teams and can lead processes
  • Very good written and oral presentation skills, both in Norwegian and English
