Are you the one?

At Norsk Tipping, you will play a key role in ensuring professional and sustainable procurement across the entire organization. You will work closely with professional environments throughout the organization, lead procurement processes with high visibility and contribute to the further development of both the procurement profession and the company's corporate social responsibility.

About the position

The Procurement and Sustainability unit is responsible for all procurements in Norsk Tipping and works in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurement. The position collaborates closely with category managers who manage agreements across the business

Our role is to combine solid professional expertise with good processes, close interaction and clear recommendations - both within purchasing and sustainability. As a procurement advisor, you will be responsible for planning and implementing procurements that ensure efficient, safe and responsible use of Norsk Tipping's resources.

The position's main tasks

  • Plan, lead and implement all phases of procurement processes - from the need arises until the contract is signed
  • Conduct negotiations and contribute to good, balanced agreements
  • Contribute to the preparation of procurement strategies
  • Execute orders and call-offs on current agreements
  • Contribute to the further development of the procurement area and strengthen the purchasing environment in the company

Who are you?
We are looking for you with good competence and experience from the procurement profession, especially within public procurement.

We envisage that you have:

  • Relevant education at bachelor's level. Particularly relevant experience in public procurement can compensate for formal education
  • Good analytical skills and a structured way of working with high quality awareness
  • Ability to handle several processes in parallel in a busy workday
  • Good business understanding and interest in improving and streamlining processes
  • Very good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English

Personally, you are:

  • Initiative, responsible and strong in execution
  • Solution-oriented and thrive on working in a team
  • Confident in the role of process manager and advisor
