What does the job involve

Norsk Tipping AS is located in Hamar, and has a building stock of 19,000 m2 of varying age and condition. The unit consists of three people who work with property management, two employees who work with cleaning, one in reception and one in storage. There are currently 7 employees in the unit. There will be a need for maintenance and rehabilitation in several areas in the coming years. Our property manager will have the following tasks:

• Personnel and financial responsibility
• Management, operation, maintenance and development of the property
• Planning and implementation of rehabilitation and maintenance, including:

• • Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, quality and budget
  • Prepare progress plans and report status
  • Responsible for ensuring that the HSE and KS system is followed on the projects
  • Collaborate with the builder, contractors and others involved to ensure optimal project implementation
  • Follow-up of progress and costs during and after projects
  • Coordinate the implementation of the projects internally at Norsk Tipping
  • Ensure laws and regulations, as well as requirements for sustainability rules and reporting

We are looking for you who have

• Relevant technical education at a minimum of bachelor's level. Technical college combined with relevant project experience may also be relevant
• Experience from project management in real estate, construction and civil engineering
• Experience from personnel management
• Knowledge of applicable legislation such as the Planning and Building Act, public procurement, etc.
• Experience with the use of contract standards, such as NS 8405, 8406 and 8407
