The Security unit is looking for a Privacy Advisor in a permanent position.

Security has the overall professional responsibility for safeguarding the company's work with information security, privacy, emergency preparedness, gaming security and financial crime in Norsk Tipping.

The position is part of the PIBS (privacy, information security, emergency preparedness and gaming security) team and works with members of this team.

Role

The main emphasis of the position is to work with Privacy tasks, but will also assist in other disciplines to the team.

Tasks:

• Assist in developing, implementing and following up the Privacy Policy with associated guidelines and routines
• Assist executive data controllers in ensuring that the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with. external and internal regulations
• Assist in designing and quality assuring processing activities (protocol), data processing agreements, transfer basis where applicable and assistance in the implementation of DPIA, etc. GDPR deviations
• Follow up the service "order your own GDPR report"
• Assist customers and employees with questions regarding their privacy
• Keep track of the company's processing activities (Confluence)

The company's Data Protection Officer is assigned to the Security Unit. The Data Protection Officer works in close cooperation especially with the Data Protection Officer.

You should have relevant education at bachelor level. Privacy education will be facilitated and provided through courses and certifications. It is an advantage with expertise in IT systems and ISO27001 certification.

It is important that you are structured, motivated and able to communicate well both orally and in writing both in Norwegian and English.

The position reports professionally and in terms of personnel to the Head of Security.
