Customer service is the link between the customer and Norsk Tipping. We receive around 230,000 inquiries annually, and meet the customer in digital and traditional communication channels. Now we want to get in touch with you who want to combine a job as an on-call substitute alongside studies or other tasks.

We are looking for you who:

  • A service person by nature
  • Have good written and oral communication skills
  • Have initiative and drive
  • Work well independently and with others
  • Have digital understanding and experience of operating in various IT tools
  • Are responsible and accurate
  • Motivated by a hectic and varied workday

Preferably, we want you to be in an educational program or have a higher relevant education. Personal suitability will also be emphasized. An interest in sports is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Key tasks will be to provide our best service to our customers in various service channels. The positions are part of a shift environment, and involve both day, evening and weekend work. Place of work Hamar.

As an on-call substitute, you will be called in when needed, sometimes at short notice, with offers of substitute positions of varying duration. On-call workers are also offered summer work at the unit.
