Few finance roles in Norway mean as much off balance sheet as on. This is one of them.
Norsk Tipping is one of Inland Norway's leading technology companies and the largest provider of gambling in Norway. The market is governed by the Gaming Act and regulated by the Norwegian Gaming Authority.
Norsk Tipping offers gambling in the categories of lotteries, instant games, sports and casino. Work is underway to be able to offer online poker, as well as for the possible transfer of horse betting from Norsk Rikstoto to Norsk Tipping.
Through 2025, several integrity errors have been uncovered in Norsk Tipping and the company is in the midst of extensive work to raise the quality of internal processes, systems and culture. The journey the company is on is both rewarding, exciting and challenging.
Taken together, this makes this position one of the most exciting director positions in Norway.
