Would you like to be our new payroll employee? Norsk Tipping has just over 400 employees and runs payroll from start to finish. Now we need to strengthen our capacity, and we want to get in touch with competent candidates who can contribute to the ongoing payroll function, and who can also contribute to the further development of our routines and processes.

The company has a "normal" payroll function that is organized as part of the accounting unit in the company. We run payroll from start to finish ourselves and work closely with the HR department on a daily basis. The company has employees with fixed salaries, hourly wages and rotating shifts, and the employees are organized in different trade unions with different agreements that affect the calculation of salaries.

The company will implement Visma Payroll this autumn, and expertise in this system will therefore be advantageous.

Example of work tasks:

• Payroll from A to Z
• Control of travel bills and expenses
• Continuous maintenance of job data and associated overviews
• Reporting to public authorities
• Reconciliation and other relevant control tasks related to payroll
• Reporting of pensions
• Year and month-end closings

We want you to have the following qualifications:

• College level education in finance/accounting, experience can compensate for lack of formal competence
• Relevant experience with payroll from A to Z in a similar position in a larger company or similar tasks at an accounting office
• Competence and experience from using Visma Payroll
• Know the laws and regulations in the payroll area, and are able to interpret these and see practical significance
• Good experience with Excel
