What does the job involve?

As a UX/UI designer and service designer at Norsk Tipping, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where user experience is a strategic tool to meet customer needs and expectations. Your responsibility is to shape good user experiences and customer journeys and to help provide effective and intuitive digital solutions. You will thus play an important role in the design of our digital customer meetings. Our digital sales channels account for over 80% of our sales, and with over two million customers, you'll have the opportunity to see how your solutions actually work. As a designer, you will work in all phases of the company's innovation and development processes, delivering concept sketches, prototypes and finished designs.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who:

  • Have a higher relevant education and several years of experience in UX/UI/interaction design or service design.
  • Are driven by creating great user experiences and curious about new technology.
  • Have good design skills and an intuitive understanding of interaction design.
  • Is concerned with holistic and good customer journeys that solve the customer's needs.
  • Works in an insight-based way and sees prototyping and user testing as a natural part of the design and development process.
  • Has expertise in accessibility and WCAG
  • Has experience of interdisciplinary work in an agile development environment.
  • Is a team player, but also has integrity and stands up for what you believe in.
