The role is a part of our passionate Instrumentation and Metrology team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in contributing to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job
We are currently seeking a skilled Planner Instrumentation to join our team and play a vital role in coordinating and optimizing maintenance and calibration activities. As a Planner Instrumentation at Northvolt, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all plannable maintenance and calibration activities, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment. You will improve workforce productivity and work quality, develop and optimize maintenance plans, and train others in maintenance-specific tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Improve workforce productivity and work quality through effective planning and coordination of maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Develop and optimize maintenance plans for equipment, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • Follow up on the performance and reliability of equipment, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Lead projects for process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of objectives.__
