We are now stepping up recruitment for our factory in Skellefteå and are looking for process operators for several parts of production. With us, you will play an important role in building Europe's first large-scale battery factory with the goal of producing the world's greenest batteries. About the job as process operator
As an operator, you work in the heart of production, where the batteries are manufactured. Your tasks as a process operator include checking the machines, maintenance, quality and material handling, and contributing to the ongoing development of the production line. You will have an important role in contributing to a safe workplace, which is our absolute highest priority. In the role of operator, you work in close collaboration with other operators and shift leaders as well as colleagues from maintenance, quality and environment.
At Northvolt, you will be part of a rapidly growing company, with high energy and an eventful everyday life. Battery production is a completely new base industry in Sweden. In our production, unlike many other industries, it is almost clinically clean and highly automated.

Your duties will include , among other things ;
Check machines and materials used in production
Carry out risk analyzes according to routines
Proactively work with the maintenance team for troubleshooting, mechanical and software adjustments
Responsible for ensuring that errors and deviations affecting production are resolved and reported and analysed
Ensure that safety procedures such as Lock Out Tag Out Try Out during repair and inspection are followed
Participate in job rotation to develop skills within your shift
Work on continuous improvement
