Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a real estate technician for our passionate Real Estate team in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will play an important role in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories. Northvolt will contribute greatly to the transformation to a carbon dioxide-free society.

As a property technician, you will participate and contribute to planning and executing maintenance activities together with their team members. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop a competent and reliable team from the ground up that will build Northvolt's business in Sweden and beyond.

Responsibilities as a property technician include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Inspect facilities regularly to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Supervision and monitoring of plant systems.
  • Carry out extraordinary maintenance on internal and external parts of the property within specified intervals
  • Plan and perform servicing of critical installations according to established requirements and timelines
  • Focus on energy saving and sustainability

To, together with the rest of the team, be a key player in developing and maintaining a safe working environment according to health and safety regulations in place.
