This role is not like any Talent Acquisition role, it is challenging, but very rewarding, demanding but very much developing. Together with a team of highly skilled recruiters you will solve recruitments in a dedicated or several areas. There are several options how to develop into this role. The team:

Since Northvolt is still growing at the speed of light, Talent Acquisition is not like anywhere else. It is a care function and everyday our 30 heros make the impossible happen. The team is divided into smaller sub-teams dedicated to our different Business Units or sites and we work very closely with other service teams like Onboarding, Employer Branding, Relocation, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sourcing and recruitment strategy to find attractive candidates for a wide range of roles

• Build and maintain talent pool

• Be a trusted advisor when it comes to recruiting

• Contribute to building a great work environment as we grow the organization

• Execute on hiring plans, drive all end-to-end recruitment efforts and partner closely with hiring manager
