In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
Your responsibility is to lead the shift, supervise and support employees. Ensure that standards are followed and employees are trained. Follow up shift performance and continuously look for improvement. Act on deviations and work with support functions to solved problems in long-term solution.
Specifically, you have a deep understanding of working in a fast-moving environment and the sense of urgency.
