Reporting to the Director of Quality Compliance, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the warranty processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in warranty management, data analysis, and quality assurance will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations.
About The Job
As the Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warranty process, from receipt of warranty claims to resolution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to investigate and analyse warranty claims, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. By utilizing data analysis and quality tools, you will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in product quality and reliability.
