With offices all over the country and deep local roots, we help our customers with property valuation, forest planning, financial advice and much more. At the office in Robertsfors, we work closely with our customers and combine professionalism with personal commitment. Here you will find forest economists, agricultural economists and now - hopefully - our next accountant.
About the positionAs an accountant at Areal, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information, which is crucial for our customers' and our own business management. You will work broadly with:
Running bookkeeping, account reconciliations, accruals
Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
Annual accounts and income tax returns
VAT and tax returns
Contact with auditors, authorities and internal stakeholders
Development of efficient financial routines and processes
You will work mainly in Fortnox and Excel plus some additional standard programs for both payroll and current accounting.

We are looking for you who have:
Relevant post-secondary education in economics (YH or college/university)
At least 2-3 years of experience in qualified accounting work
Good knowledge of K2 / K3, Fortnox and Excel as well as our web-based program Capego.
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, in speech and writing
As a person, you are structured, responsible and self-driven. You have an analytical mind and an eye for both details and the big picture. You are communicative, collaborative and have a humble but clear approach. Creating trust and building good customer relationships comes naturally to you - even when it requires sharpness and clarity.
Do you have experience from an accounting firm or knowledge of agriculture and forestry? It is an advantage - but most importantly, you have a genuine interest in the industry and the people we work with.
What happens after you apply for the position?We review applications on an ongoing basis and get back to you as soon as we can. Selection and interviews will take place during the spring/summer, with the aim of starting employment no later than early fall.
