We are now looking for a committed and service-oriented person for a consulting assignment with an international company in Umeå. About the service

This is a consulting assignment with start according to agreement. You will be employed by us and work at our customer, a well-known and market-leading company with long experience in its industry. The assignment is long-term, at least 1 year and full-time and where opportunities for extension and also direct employment with the customer may be relevant if everything goes well. The service is located in Umeå and full-time, Mon - Fri.

In the role of customer service employee, you will work to receive and handle customer orders, complaints and delivery issues via telephone, e-mail and digital channels. You have daily contact with both private and corporate customers, and will be a central part of an experienced customer service team.

The role includes, among other things, registering customer orders and following up on deliveries, handling complaints and various types of customer issues. You communicate with customers via telephone, e-mail and various web services and also perform administrative tasks linked to the customer's business and customer systems.





About you

We are looking for you who are solution-oriented, self-driven and have a genuine desire to help customers. You are used to taking responsibility for your own tasks and are happy to be a role model in this. You are easy to work with and enjoy motivating and encouraging your colleagues to achieve common goals as a team. Furthermore, you have a good ability to work in a structured way, even when the pace is high and are not afraid of new ways of working.

We would like you to have experience in customer service, support or administration and that you have good communication skills, both orally and in writing. You need to have very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as well as good computer skills and experience of working in business or customer systems.

We see with great advantage if you have worked with e-commerce or in digital customer channels, have knowledge of SAP or similar business systems, as well as knowledge of relevant consumer rules and agreements
