About the position

As a

Customer Service Representative at Tarkett, you are a key person in contact with our customers. You handle, among other things, order placement, deliveries, complaints and customer questions via telephone, e-mail, EDI and web channels. The role also involves administration linked to customer data and business systems. You will work with both corporate and private customers. You will be part of a positive and collaborative team in our modern premises in Umestan's business park. Scope: Full-time

Start: According to agreement



Your main tasks:
  • Manage orders, deliveries and complaints

  • Provide support to customers and colleagues regarding our products and services

  • Administer and update customer information




About you

We are looking for you who love to provide good service and who thrive in a varied and customer-oriented role. You are confident, self-driven and see solutions rather than problems. To succeed with us, you need to be curious, analytical, responsive and easy to communicate.





We would like you to have:

  • A minimum of upper secondary education
  • Experience in customer service, sales or support
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
  • Experience working in the Office package and with digital tools


It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience with e-commerce, digital communication or SAP
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Services Act, the Consumer Purchase Act or ABM07
