We are now looking for a service-oriented problem solver who wants to take the next step in their career and become part of our team where you get to combine customer service with logistics and sample management in an international environment? In this hybrid role, your days are varied and you will have a lot of customer contact where you will spend about 60% of your time on customer service tasks within our Swedish sales company and 40% as a sample coordinator for the Wood Flooring business unit.

You will be an important part of our Nordic team and work closely with both customers, suppliers and internal functions such as marketing, sales and logistics.

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with location in Umeå.





Your main tasks

Customer service (approx. 60%)



  • Order management and delivery follow-up
  • Complaint handling
  • Sales and product support via phone, e-mail and digital channels
  • Web support and article/price support
  • Communication with both private and corporate customers
  • Administrative tasks in business and customer systems (SAP, CRM)



Sample coordinator for wood flooring (approx. 40%)



  • Coordination of product samples and POS materials that are often used for our wood segment in mainly the Nordic region but also the rest of Europe (EMEA). (Examples of POS material can, for example, be larger or smaller samples of our wooden floors, but also sample stands, signs, digital aids, etc.)
  • Service and support to internal customers in the Nordic region and the rest of Europe (EMEA) regarding sample orders and deliveries
  • Planning and follow-up of sample production
  • SAP management of material data, article creation, price calculation and cost follow-up
  • Contact with suppliers and factories regarding orders and inventory
  • Reporting and analysis of sample-related costs and KPI:s
  • Support for controlling and budget work



About you

We are looking for you who have a few years of documented experience in customer service, administration or logistics and who want to develop in a role with both customer contact and coordinating tasks. You are solution-oriented, structured and analytical, while at the same time you enjoy collaborating and providing service where many contact surfaces are included.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:



  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
  • Very good computer skills and if you have experience of SAP or similar systems, it is highly meritorious
  • A service-oriented approach and the ability to take responsibility
  • Preferably experience of e-commerce or digital customer channels
  • Education in finance, supply chain or equivalent
