About the serviceYou will be part of the company's operational management and participate in strategic decisions together with the CEO and other assignment leaders.

In addition to managerial responsibility, you will also act as an assignment leader, which means that you run a number of parallel projects in HVAC and energy. Experience of personnel responsibility and recruitment is an advantage but not a requirement - most important is your ability to lead, structure and drive projects forward.

As a consultant manager, you will also have great responsibility and the opportunity to make a difference. The role includes both personnel responsibility and financial responsibility, which you report/coordinate with the CEO. Quite simply, you will have a key role in our business. You will initially be responsible for 15-20 consultants in Umeå and Stockholm and it is your leadership that ensures that the team develops and delivers at a high level.
