About the position
As a production manager with us, you will have a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be a key person in the company and your most important tasks are to plan long-term, coordinate work, create efficient processes and lead the team and plan the work in production. You will actively work to streamline processes and improve the quality of daily work.
As a responsible manager, it is your task to ensure good cooperation between production and the maintenance team and sometimes subcontractors to find the best technical solutions. You will also manage the budget and ensure progress in production and ensure that the work is carried out according to agreed working methods with safety and work environment in focus.
The position is located in Kalix.
About you
You have previous experience of a role where you led others or had staff responsibility and feel confident in that role. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in industrial operations. If you also have experience of working in Monitor, we see that as an advantage.
