You are responsible for running, implementing and completing our installation projects and upgrades that are carried out based on our service organization. You will be expected to manage the projects you lead by working proactively to ensure that lead times and commitments are met with the customer. You will report the status of all project elements in terms of time, cost, progress, issues, risks and opportunities to the Service Manager. The work involves handling public procurement, customer contacts, technical document management, close cooperation internally in design and manufacturing will be crucial but also with other service technicians.

You have proven experience in managing projects and are used to working with project planning. As a project manager within the service organization, you are also expected to have the ability to provide good service to our customers, enjoy working in a team with people and like to take your own initiatives and decisions when needed. If you have completed work environment training Bas-P, Bas-U and have knowledge of construction law, this is an advantage. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
