In the role of Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will be a key player in developing our digital candidate journey on a national level. Our goal is to have the best candidate experience in the industry and you will be part of creating that through smart, user-friendly solutions that make a difference for both candidates and colleagues. - Responsible for our TA tools and systems with a focus on creating business value, an efficient way of working and a high candidate experience.
- Project manage further development, training and also implementation of TA tools, for example for search, selection, reference taking, testing, background checks and candidate satisfaction.
- Support, train and coach colleagues in the use of our systems and processes.
- Follow up on user behavior, needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and develop training content in our digital training platform.
- Responsible for contact and collaboration with suppliers for the development of our candidate journey in both the short and long term

Your skills
Your interest and competence in the recruitment process and the candidate journey is unmistakable, as is your curiosity for digital ways of working. We see that you have worked for several years in recruitment, either at a company with its own TA function or you come from our industry. It is an advantage if you have experience of recruiting both skilled and unskilled workers at different levels. You have experience of working in modern ATS and with system support / integrations where you also enjoy working data-driven and with development and improvement.
Travel to, and work in our offices around Sweden may occur and therefore a driving license is required. You can communicate in a professional manner in speech and writing, mainly in Swedish but also in English. We see an advantage that you either start from Jönköping but with the digital opportunities that exist, we are open to you starting from any other of our offices around Sweden.
