Do you have a strong drive for sales, business development and building long-term customer relationships? Do you want to make a real difference in the labor market in northern Sweden? We are in the middle of an exciting expansion phase in Norrbotten and Västerbotten - and now we are looking for a self-driven and relationship-building regional salesperson who, with energy, business acumen and strategic thinking, can help us take new market shares in recruitment, staffing and training.

About the role

As a regional salesperson, you have a clear mission: to create new business and drive our growth in the region. Your focus is on cultivating new customers as well as developing existing business relationships through physical meetings and ongoing dialog. We see being active in networks and present at company meetings as a natural part of building our brand.
You will also be responsible for preparing quotes, writing contracts and leading final negotiations. In the role, you work closely with our recruiters and consulting managers to ensure quality and high customer satisfaction throughout the deal.
As the service extends over both Norr and Västerbotten, driving license B is a requirement. Location can be in Umeå, Skellefteå or Luleå.


About you

You have a few years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in service sales. You are used to working independently, booking and conducting customer meetings, as well as following up and working towards budgets and goals. You are skilled at mapping the market, prospecting and prioritizing the right business. If you also have experience from the staffing or recruitment industry, it is an advantage. As a person, you are driven by working towards set goals, you are used to working independently but also enjoy working with others. You are a driven relationship builder with strong business acumen and you are motivated by creating added value for customers through long-term collaborations.
