As Sales Manager, you will have a key role in leading and further developing our dedicated sales team, which currently consists of three salespeople. You are responsible for setting clear goals, following up on results and ensuring that every step of the sales process is characterized by professionalism, quality and a top-class customer focus.
An important part of your mission is that the team works methodically and data-driven in our CRM system, to ensure that we have full control of the entire customer journey - from first contact to follow-up after business.
You are a natural leader who drives the team forward and coaches each individual to reach their full potential.
We are looking for you who have:
Documented experience in sales and leadership, preferably from the automotive industry.
A strong sense of structure, follow-up and order - especially when working with CRM.
High level of ambition and a strong focus on quality in every customer contact.
Ability to inspire, motivate and create team spirit.
An interest in cars and technology.
A broad network of contacts and a natural drive to create and develop good relationships.
B driving license.
